500+ practitioners trained across 28 countries · Taught live by Will Rezin and Kate Appleton · Training opens August 7, 2026
You've been running your business for years, whether you coach executives and founders, see clients as a therapist, or work somatically, and you're getting good results. But the thing is, there are still areas where what you're doing could be even more effective. We don't know what we don't know, right?
The problem with most coaches is that they're following frameworks and methods, but they don't actually have the tools to really read their clients. And this isn't your fault. Everybody out there is teaching another trick, another method, another thing, and they all come with the same issue, which is that you're working in the head and not in the body.
I've spent the past 26 years studying human behavior. I've studied psychotherapy, physiology, and the work of obscure early pioneers in the field. What I've come to understand is that a person's attachment system works together with their nervous system to form their personality. This shapes every relationship they have, including the one they have with you.
If you want to get better results and be more effective with your clients, you have to help them get beneath the stories they're telling about their experiences.
Learning about attachment and relational dynamics makes you better equipped to help them in every part of their life. It's a common misunderstanding that attachment theory is only useful for helping people with romantic relationships. The attachment system is foundational to who we are. It affects what your clients do, how they see themselves, and how they see the world.
You can't think a body out of a pattern it learned early in life. You have to help it experience something different, and that happens inside a relationship.
People who've trained with us, in their own words
Let me give you an example from my own work. A man hired me to help him take his business from twenty million a year to forty. He was an A player, as driven and disciplined as anyone I'd worked with, and he did it all with ease. But underneath it, all of that effort was to prove he was enough. To his team, to his family, to his father. It was subtle. He didn't even see it.
About two months in, it came to the surface, and I gave him one of the simple practices we teach. It had nothing to do with talking, or with his business. Within a couple of weeks, his marriage changed, and the need to control everything at work fell away. He kept his drive, but what changed was why he was doing it.
This is a great example of how a simple somatic practice can create a massive shift for your client, no matter why your client comes to you.
Attachment patterns are the base layer of a person's personality. You'll learn to work with the early imprints that became someone's way of seeing the world, the ones running the show long before they had words for any of it.
Your pacing has a direct impact on the outcome you get with your clients. You'll learn to read exactly where someone is in their body and their life, and know what to do to help them.
We'll teach you exactly what moves and directs human behavior. You'll learn how to observe it in the person in front of you and know what to do with it to help them change.
A change in thinking only works for so long. You'll learn to help the body organize in a new way in response to their life so that they can finally experience the changes they've been longing for.
You earn a professional certificate documenting 40 hours of training: complete the six modules, attend the ten live classes, submit your weekly homework, and pass the final exam.
Through this training, you'll understand exactly what's moving a person's deeper behavior. Most practitioners never learn how to go this deep, and your clients are definitely going to feel the difference. This will set you apart in your field, and it's what will turn you into a world-class practitioner.
It's extraordinary work. If this is the kind of business you want to build, book a call and I'll show you more.
This is the deepest training we offer. Over twelve weeks, you'll learn to work directly with the developmental process that shapes a human being. Your sessions will change, your business will change, and so will you.

Will and Kate are mother and son. There were a lot of ruptures between us growing up. That we can teach this together is a testament to our own repair, our own growth, our own attachment work, given some of what we lived through as a family. It makes this a rare thing to be part of. Kate is in her seventies now and is beginning to pull back from this intensity of work, so we're genuinely uncertain when we'll teach it in this configuration again. If you can be in this one, be in this one.
"The pace and sensitivity of the teacher, Will, and the insights into how we as humans are imprinted and hence relate to life. The course material is golden, and taught in a way that is practical and integrative, not just theory."
Richard LubnerIntegrated Development Coach
"What truly makes it special is the way Will and Kate hold space. Even in an online setting, I felt deeply safe, seen, and supported. They manage to create a container that feels both grounded and transformative."
Sanja StankovicRelational TA Psychotherapist
"It's a worthy investment, and will help any practitioner wanting to deepen their knowledge and skills of both the early attachment cycle and somatic embodiment."
Kate HartmanC-IAYT, SEP
"A+S could be the missing piece if you often find yourself intellectualizing in sessions, or want to increase your capacity to contain your clients' emotional journey rather than giving them instant tools to fix their behavior."
Faezeh DirminaPsychotherapist
"This course brings the experience and language for working with our physiology: attachment imprints, character strategies, and how we grow more attuned to them in ourselves and for our clients."
